PRAYER FOR NIGHT OF WORSHIP

Before our night of worship, we as a team are taking time to pray in preparation for what God will do over our evening. We will be praying as a team from August 26 – September 2. We would love to have you join us in prayer and faith during your own prayer time for the following things.

“Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”

August 26

Pray that those attending will be filled with the Holy Spirit and experience life changing individual encounters with God.

Acts 4:31 “And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.”

August 27

Pray that those attending who have internal walls against the church or God will see those walls completely demolished by the filling of their hearts by the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 89:40 “You have broken down all his walls; you have brought his strongholds to ruin.”

Revelation 3:20 “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.”

August 28

Pray that those attending who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will be so overcome by the Holy Spirit that they will feel compelled to do so.

Romans 10:9 “So you will be saved, if you honestly say, “Jesus is Lord, “and if you believe with all your heart that God raised him from death.”

2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.”

August 29

Pray that those attending will receive miraculous divine reconciliation within families and marriages that are estranged.

Colossians 3:13 “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”

“Hebrews 12:14 “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”

Ephesians 2:14 “For He himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations.”

August 30

Pray that those attending will receive immediate and inexplicable healing physically, mentally and spiritually, thereby allowing each person a personal testimony of the power and love of God.

Jeremiah 30:17 “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD”

Proverbs 4:20-22 “My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.”

August 31

Pray that each person who enters the doors will leave feeling loved and accepted within a new family, having found a place to truly belong and be part of something bigger than themselves.

Hebrews 10:24-25 “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

John 13:34-35 “So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”

September 1

Pray that those attending will receive clear guidance and discernment from the Holy Spirit if they have a calling to be part of the launch team and that they would be in obedience to that calling.

Romans 12:4-8 “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

September 2

Pray that each person attending this evening would leave so completely filled by the Holy Spirit that they have true peace beyond understanding regardless of any current situations in their lives.

John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

Romans 5:1 “Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.”
