For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...
Mark 10:45
At Gathering House, leadership doesn’t look like titles or platforms, it looks like towels and basins. Jesus redefined greatness when He said, “If you want to be the greatest, live as one called to serve others” (Mark 10:43–45). We believe leadership begins at the feet of others, not above them.
Servant Leadership is the heartbeat of our house, it’s choosing presence over position, humility over hierarchy, and purpose over perfection. It’s the conviction that if you’re not ready to serve, you’re not ready to lead. Every team, every ministry, and every moment is an opportunity to reflect the heart of Jesus, the One who came not to be served, but to serve.
When we serve, we step into something sacred. We carry His Kingdom forward, one act of love, one person at a time.

How do I volunteer with students?
Our Student Ministry is all about walking with teenagers as they discover who they are in Christ, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
